Registration Fee

Payment Method

Online Credit Card

• Payment by credit card is available through the online registration and onsite payment.
• Overseas credit card payments are scheduled to open around late March.

Bank Transfer

• A direct bank transfer should be made to the account listed below.
• All bank remittance charges must be paid by the registrant.
• After completing the transfer, please send a copy of the wire transfer receipt to the KHS Secretariat by e-mail (office@koreahernia.or.kr ).
• The registrant’s name must be clearly written on the bank remittance receipt, and the payment must be made under the registrant’s name.
• Payment must be completed within the designated registration period.
• Payments made after the registration deadline will be subject to additional fees according to the applicable registration category.

Registration Confirmation (Receipt)

• An official receipt will be issued on-site upon completion of registration and payment.
• Please note that the receipt will be issued after your payment is confirmed by the Secretariat.
• If you have not received the receipt on-site for obvious reasons, please contact the Secretariat ( office@karoskorea.org) then we will send you the receipt by email.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Participants who would like to cancel their registration, please contact the secretariat by May 29, 2026.
• No refund will be made after May 29, 2026.
• All refunds will be made after the symposium for administrative reasons, and all bank services charges and all administration fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
